Enhance entity interaction feature with feedback submission and localization support

This commit introduces a feedback dialog for like/dislike actions, allowing users to provide comments when interacting with entities. It includes:

  • New translations for feedback-related messages in Arabic and English.
  • Updates to the entity interaction bloc to handle feedback submission.
  • Improved error handling and user feedback during interaction processes.

These changes aim to enhance user engagement by allowing users to share their thoughts while interacting with entities in the application.
